1. Professional Scope & RN Disclosure

The practitioner is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). However, please be advised that the services provided through this website, including Human Design Readings, Intuitive Readings, Bach Flower Consultations, Remote Reiki, and Animal Communication are holistic and spiritual in nature and are not medical/veterinary advice and should not be taken in place of medical/veterinary care.

I am not acting in the capacity of a medical doctor, nurse, or veterinarian during our sessions. These services are separate from my professional nursing license. I do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical or mental disease in humans or animals. Our work together is intended for educational, spiritual, and energetic purposes only.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Veterinary Care

The information provided during a session is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • For Humans: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have heard in a session.

  • For Animals: Animal communication and Reiki are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency or illness, please contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.

3. Personal Responsibility & No Guarantees

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that you are solely and personally responsible for your choices, actions, and results. While I am dedicated to supporting your journey toward alignment and balance, I cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results differ for each individual and animal.

Professional Nature of Services

The sessions provided on this site are for entertainment and personal growth purposes only. While the practitioner is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), these services are provided entirely outside the scope of that clinical license. No nurse-patient relationship is formed. These sessions do not provide medical, psychological, or veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

In accordance with local and state laws, please be advised that intuitive readings and spiritual guidance are intended as a form of personal enrichment and amusement. Residents of certain states, including but not limited to Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina, acknowledge that these services are classified as entertainment under local statutes. If you are located in a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited, please note that any engagement with this site is considered void.

No Guarantees & Personal Responsibility

Intuitive insights are not a "scientific" practice. By booking, you understand that any "predictions" or "guidance" are for the purpose of self-reflection only. You remain 100% responsible for all life choices, financial decisions, and health actions taken after a session.

4. Human and Animal Wellness

These services are "complementary" and should never replace the care of a licensed Physician or Veterinarian. If you or your animal companion are experiencing a medical emergency, seek professional clinical help immediately.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

I value our time together and the deep energy required for our sessions. I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.

  • Standard Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% late-cancellation fee, with the remaining 50% refunded to you.

  • Finality: Due to the extensive custom preparation required for Human Design and Bach Flower sessions, all sales are final once preparation has begun or a custom blend has been created.

  • The "Three-Move" Rule: To respect the energetic container of each session, a single appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. A third reschedule, cancellation, or no-show for the same session will result in the forfeiture of all fees. To move forward after a third occurrence, a new appointment and a new booking fee will be required.

Practitioner Discretion

While the above represents my formal policy, I understand that life happens. I reserve the right to waive fees or offer rescheduling flexibility on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion.

5. Ethical Practice & Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Your personal information, as well as the information regarding your animals, will never be shared without your express written consent, except where required by law.
