How do I book a session with you?
Booking is simple! Tap the "Work With Shae" button on the top right of the page. This will take you to a contact form where you can select your service and tell me a bit about yourself. I’ll respond to you within 24 business hours via email to schedule your session. The email may include some homework for you to complete before the big day.
Are distance Reiki and Animal Communication as effective as in-person?
Absolutely! Energy and consciousness are not bound by physical distance. My remote sessions offer the exact same depth and results as an in-person visit, with the added benefit of you (or your animal) being in the comfort of your own home.
Can you help me with a medical or veterinary diagnosis?
No, I do not diagnose or treat any conditions for you or your pet. While I am a Registered Nurse, my intuitive work is separate from my clinical practice. I do not diagnose or treat medical or veterinary conditions. My services are for entertainment and personal growth, acting as a spiritual complement to your traditional medical or veterinary care. You should always seek medical attention and advice from your medical practitioners. Please read through our Terms of Service for more info. You will be required to acknowledge these prior to booking.
I’m new to Human Design—is an intuitive reading right for me?
My readings are best suited for those who already have a basic understanding of their chart and are looking to go deeper. Rather than a "101" lecture, we dive straight into how your energy actually flows. If you are ready to move beyond the textbook and into soul-level alignment, you are in the right place.
What is your RESCHEDULING / cancellation policy?
I value our time together and the deep energy required for our sessions. I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.
Standard Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% late-cancellation fee, with the remaining 50% refunded to you.
Finality: Due to the extensive custom preparation required for Human Design and Bach Flower sessions, all sales are final once preparation has begun or a custom blend has been created.
The "Three-Move" Rule: To respect the energetic container of each session, a single appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. A third reschedule, cancellation, or no-show for the same session will result in the forfeiture of all fees. To move forward after a third occurrence, a new appointment and a new booking fee will be required.
Practitioner Discretion
While the above represents my formal policy, I understand that life happens. I reserve the right to waive fees or offer rescheduling flexibility on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion.
